Job summary

Nigel Frank International is seeking a Microsoft Change & Adoption Specialist to help organisations maximise value from Microsoft technology investments and drive successful adoption.

You will lead change management strategies for Microsoft 365, Copilot, Teams, SharePoint, Power Platform and Dynamics 365, engage stakeholders at all levels, create training and communications, run adoption campaigns, and report on business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering Change & Adoption within Microsoft environments.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint, Copilot, Power Platform, and Dynamics 365.
• Experience applying ADKAR or Prosci methodologies.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to influence and engage users at all levels of an organisation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver change management and adoption strategies for Microsoft technology programmes.
• Lead stakeholder engagement activities and build relationships at all organisational levels.
• Create and execute communication, training, and user enablement plans.
• Conduct change readiness assessments and identify adoption risks and opportunities.
• Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and adoption campaigns.
• Monitor and report on adoption metrics, user engagement, and business value realisation.
• Collaborate with consultants, project managers, and technical teams to ensure successful solution deployment.
