Job summary

Five Guys, a family‑run burger restaurant, is building a PMO to deliver technology and business change. The Implementation Manager will own end‑to‑end rollouts, create guidance and training, run sessions and measure adoption across Microsoft 365 tools.

This practical role requires hands‑on delivery, strong stakeholder collaboration and a track record of delivering change with tangible adoption outcomes.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years delivering technology or change programmes hands‑on in a business.
• Built rollout plans, training or user guidance yourself and can show examples.
• Worked effectively across technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Tracked adoption and outcomes after go‑live rather than moving on immediately.

Responsibilities

• Build and execute rollout plans from scratch.
• Create the materials that make change stick (user guidance, training, communications).
• Track whether the change is working with adoption data and feedback loops.
• Act as the bridge between IT, Security and the business to translate requirements into usable guidance.
• Bring structure and consistency to PMO delivery with templates, checklists and repeatable patterns.
