• Significant experience leading or coordinating communications for complex organisational change.
• Advanced knowledge of internal and change communications; advising senior stakeholders on messaging and reputational considerations.

• Develop, implement and evaluate internal communications strategies and stakeholder engagement plans.
• Provide specialist communications advice to programme boards, senior officers and teams.
