Qualifications

• Qualified accountant (ACCA, CIMA, CA or equivalent).
• Senior finance or strategic leadership experience.
• Strong commercial acumen with ability to translate data into insights.
• Experience improving processes, controls and financial systems across multi-entity environments.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management within a senior leadership team.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver the Group’s financial strategy and long-term plans.
• Lead financial planning, budgeting and forecasting across divisions.
• Oversee monthly management accounts, consolidation, and commentary.
• Manage statutory accounting, audits and regulatory compliance.
• Strengthen financial controls, risk management and governance across entities.
• Take ownership of cashflow management and working capital optimisation.
• Drive automation, standardisation and system improvements in finance operations.
• Mentor and develop the finance team and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
• Provide deep performance analysis and data-driven recommendations to senior leaders.
• Evaluate investments, capital projects and potential acquisitions.
