The role combines strategic financial leadership with hands-on management, overseeing reporting, forecasting, investment decisions and due diligence on acquisitions, while driving transformation, robust controls and scalable finance systems for future growth.

Qualifications

• Qualified accountant with significant post-qualification experience.
• International exposure and track record of leading transformation.
• Experience presenting at Board level.

Responsibilities

• Lead UK finance function and partner with CEO, Finance Director and Board.
• Shape financial strategy, oversee reporting, forecasting and investment decisions.
• Drive transformation, systems upgrades and enhanced performance insights.
• Support growth including acquisitions and due diligence.
