Job summary

Major Property Consultancy in Manchester is seeking a proactive Commercial Property Manager to oversee a diverse portfolio of assets.

The role offers autonomy, client exposure and the chance to develop within a respected management team, with a salary in the £50-60k range.

You will manage multi-let offices, retail and mixed-use assets, oversee service charge budgets, ensure compliance, and act as the main client contact.

Qualifications

• Experience in commercial property management, ideally within consultancy or client-side environments.
• Strong financial acumen with proven ability to manage service charge budgets.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills, confident in client-facing roles.
• Knowledge of landlord & tenant legislation and property compliance requirements.
• MRICS qualification preferred but not a must.
