Responsibilities

• Manage multi‑let commercial properties including offices, retail, and mixed‑use assets.
• Oversee service charge budgets, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
• Coordinate building maintenance, compliance, and health & safety requirements.
• Act as main client contact, delivering high‑quality property management services.
• Negotiate contracts with suppliers and contractors to achieve best value.
• Support asset strategy by improving tenant satisfaction and property performance.
