Job summary

Amazon Uk Services Ltd. in London is seeking a Capacity Planning Manager to own strategic, cross-functional initiatives within the Last Mile & Middle Mile network. You will lead data-driven projects to improve operational performance and cost efficiency.

You will define program requirements, build and deploy large-scale capacity plans, and collaborate with tech and operations teams to secure resources and deliver measurable improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in Math, Engineering, Science or Business.
• Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements.
• Experience in business analytics with proficiency in SQL, databases, and Excel.
• Experience working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams, including operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead process improvement initiatives to improve operational performance.
• Establish and maintain operations metrics and communicate them to leadership.
• Document SOPs and share best practices across departments and network.
• Work with stakeholders to secure support and resources for projects.
• Independently own design, development, deployment and maintenance of large-scale projects.
