Job summary

NET-A-PORTER is seeking a Senior Capabilities & Intake Manager to join the Site Operations Team at our Westfield office in Shepherd's Bush. The role sits at the intersection of commercial strategy, site operations, and digital experience, responsible for defining intake governance and driving prioritisation across NET-A-PORTER and MR PORTER.

Qualifications

• Senior experience in digital product management, business analysis, site operations, or strategic capability delivery within a complex luxury or e-commerce environment.
• Strong strategic and commercial acumen, skilled at evaluating brand curation vs conversion, personalization vs merchandising, and privacy vs tailored experiences.
• Exceptional stakeholder management, workshop facilitation, and ability to drive consensus across senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Design, own, and lead the central intake process for business feature requests, site capabilities, and operational tooling enhancements across all departments.
• Facilitate regular prioritisation forums and collaborative discovery workshops and hackathons with senior leaders to review intake, evaluate commercial value, and establish roadmap consensus.
• Translate opportunities into clear business requirements and user scenarios, balancing brand guidelines and operational trade-offs before handoff to technical teams.
• Own and curate the internal feature backlog and prioritisation framework, ensuring commercial impact is clearly evaluated prior to handoff.
• Partner with Product Managers, Technical Leads, and Engineering teams during early discovery to represent business interests and establish success criteria.
• Define operational readiness criteria, training needs, and change management strategies for new capabilities.
• Oversee post-launch feature impact, tracking adoption and KPIs to refine future backlog priorities.
