Job summary

NET-A-PORTER is seeking a Capabilities & Intake Manager to own the central intake process for feature requests and site capabilities, collaborating with Trading, Marketing, Personal Shopping, and Operations. The role sits in a senior capacity within LuxExperience, reporting to the Site Trading Director, with 37.5 hours per week and 4 days in the office at our Shepherd’s Bush location.

• Senior experience in digital product management, site operations, or strategic capability delivery within a luxury or e-commerce environment.
• Strong strategic and commercial acumen, able to evaluate brand curation vs. conversion and personalization trade-offs.
• Excellent ability to manage senior stakeholders, run discovery workshops, and draft business requirements documentation.

Responsibilities

• Design, own, and lead the central intake process for business feature requests and operational tooling enhancements across all departments.
• Facilitate regular prioritisation forums and collaborative discovery workshops with senior leaders to review feature intake and establish roadmap consensus.
• Translate commercial opportunities into structured business requirements documentation and user scenarios for product and engineering teams.
