Job summary

NET-A-PORTER, part of LuxExperience, seeks a Capabilities & Intake Manager for the Site Operations Team in London. You will own the central intake process for feature requests, coordinate senior stakeholder forums, and translate business needs into actionable requirements for Product and Engineering.

Working 37.5 hours per week, four days in the office at Westfield Shepherd's Bush, you will partner with Trading, Marketing, Personal Shopping, Customer Care, and Operations to prioritise backlog

Qualifications

• Senior experience in digital product management or site operations in luxury/e-commerce.
• Strong ability to drive consensus among senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Proven skill in translating complex business needs into clear requirements.

Responsibilities

• Design, own, and lead the central intake process for feature requests, site capabilities, and operational tooling enhancements across all business departments.
• Facilitate regular prioritisation forums and collaborative discovery workshops with senior leaders to review intake, value, and roadmap.
• Translate commercial opportunities into structured business requirements and user scenarios.
• Own the internal feature backlog and prioritisation framework, ensuring impact is clear before handoff.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Tech Leads, and Engineering during early discovery to represent business interests.
• Partner with Site Operations and trading teams to define readiness criteria and change management strategies.
• Oversee post-launch feature impact and refine backlog priorities.
