Job summary

NET-A-PORTER, part of LuxExperience, is seeking a Capabilities & Intake Manager for its Site Operations Team in London. The role leads the central intake process for feature requests, site capabilities, and tooling enhancements across departments, reporting to the Site Trading Director in a hybrid 37.5-hour week (4 days in office).

You will facilitate prioritisation forums, translate commercial opportunities into clear requirements, and ensure roadmap consensus with senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Senior experience in digital product management, site operations, or strategic capability delivery within a complex luxury or e-commerce environment.
• Strong strategic and commercial acumen, capable of evaluating trade-offs between brand curation and conversion, personalization vs merchandising, and privacy vs tailored experiences.
• Exceptional senior stakeholder management, workshop facilitation, and influencing skills with proven consensus-building across senior leadership.
• Experience framing ambiguous business problems, running discovery sessions, and drafting comprehensive business requirements documentation.
• Deep understanding of digital customer journeys, search and recommendation tooling, CMS and PIM workflows.

Responsibilities

• Design, own, and lead the central intake process for business feature requests, site capabilities, and operational tooling enhancements across all business departments.
• Facilitate regular prioritisation forums and collaborative discovery workshops with senior leaders to review intake, evaluate value, and establish roadmap consensus.
• Translate commercial opportunities into clear business requirements and user scenarios for Product and Engineering.
• Own and curate the internal feature backlog and prioritisation framework, ensuring commercial impact and proper handoff.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Technical Leads, and Engineering during early discovery to represent business needs.
• Define operational readiness criteria, training needs, and change management strategies for new capabilities.
• Oversee post-launch feature impact, tracking adoption and outcomes to refine future backlog priorities.
