Job summary

LuxExperience seeks a Capabilities & Intake Manager to steer the central intake process for feature requests, site capabilities, and operational tooling across NET-A-PORTER and MR PORTER. You will run prioritisation forums with senior leaders and translate opportunities into clear business requirements for product and engineering teams.

Reporting into the Head of Site Operations & Delivery, you’ll collaborate with Trading, Marketing, Personal Shopping, and Customer Care, while ensuring change

Qualifications

• Senior experience in digital product management, business analysis, site operations, or strategic capability delivery within a luxury/e-commerce environment.
• Strong strategic and commercial acumen with ability to evaluate brand vs. conversion trade-offs.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and ability to drive consensus across senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Design, own, and lead the central intake process for feature requests and operational tooling enhancements across all departments.
• Facilitate prioritisation forums and discovery workshops with senior business leaders to review intake and establish roadmap consensus.
• Translate commercial opportunities into clear business requirements, user scenarios, and documentation for handoff to product/engineering.
• Own the internal feature backlog and prioritisation framework, ensuring commercial impact and brand guidelines are evaluated before technical handoff.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Tech Leads, and Engineering during early discovery to advocate business needs.
• Define operational readiness criteria, training needs, and change-management plans for new capabilities.
• Monitor post-launch impact, adoption, and learnings to refine future backlog priorities.
