Leonardo UK is seeking a senior strategist to lead large, complex pursuits in the Integrated Defensive Aids System (IDAS) space. You will shape capture strategy, formulate an integrated approach for winning bids, and secure resources across the organisation.

The role requires extensive external engagement with platform primes, partners, and mission data integrators across air, maritime and land domains. You will influence senior leadership and drive cross-functional teams to deliver compelling

• Understanding of air platform protection is essential and familiarity with defense procurement in the UK and abroad.
• Demonstrates emotional intelligence, tenacity and resilience.
• Role can be located at Luton, Basildon, Bristol or Southampton sites.

Responsibilities

• Lead large, complex pursuits in the Integrated Defensive Aids System (IDAS) space.
• Engage with platform primes, commercial partners, mission data integrators and operators across air, maritime and land domains.
• Build a capture plan, develop bespoke win strategies, and oversee drafting of proposals.
• Drive Integrated Campaign Teams and coordinate with internal stakeholders to win bids.
