MBNL is seeking a Business Enablement Lead to coordinate cross‑functional teams, drive governance and improve information flow across the organisation. You will build a high‑performing team delivering proactive, professional support to leaders and teams, enabling collaboration and efficient operations.

Responsibilities

• Define and deliver the Business Enablement roadmap aligned to business priorities.
• Oversee governance and coordination activities with tracking of actions, decisions and risks.
• Develop a high‑performing team of Coordinators delivering service excellence.
• Act as strategic liaison between MBNL, shareholders, suppliers and external stakeholders.
• Establish diary management, meeting prep and leadership support processes.
• Improve communication channels and information flow across directorates.
• Oversee supplier performance, budgets and administrative services.
• Lead workplace operations and facilities management.
• Support events, volunteering, engagement activities and culture initiatives.
• Drive continuous improvement and standardisation across business support services.
