Job summary

Project People are recruiting a Business Enablement Lead to head a team of Business Enablement Coordinators who provide proactive, professional and value-added support to leaders and teams across the organisation. Responsibilities

• Define and deliver the Business Enablement roadmap aligned to business priorities.
• Oversee governance and coordination activities, ensuring actions, decisions, risks and deliverables are effectively tracked and progressed.
• Develop a high-performing team of Business Enablement Coordinators.
• Create a culture of service excellence and continuous improvement.
• Act as a strategic liaison between MBNL, shareholders, suppliers, and external stakeholders, providing practical solutions to business needs.
• Establish consistent approaches to diary management, meeting preparation, and leadership support.
• Improve communication channels and information flow across directorates.
• Oversee supplier performance, purchase orders, budgets, and administrative services.
• Lead workplace operations and facilities management activities, helping create a positive, productive and welcoming working environment.
• Support company events, volunteering programmes, engagement activities, and cultural initiatives that enhance the employee experience.
• Drive continuous improvement and standardisation across business support services.
