Responsibilities

• Define and deliver the Business Enablement roadmap aligned to business priorities.
• Oversee governance and coordination activities, ensuring actions, decisions, risks and deliverables are tracked and progressed.
• Develop a high-performing team of Business Enablement Coordinators and foster a culture of service excellence and continuous improvement.
• Act as a strategic liaison between the organisation, shareholders, suppliers and external stakeholders, delivering practical solutions to business needs.
• Establish consistent approaches to diary management, meeting preparation and leadership support.
• Improve communication channels and information flow across directorates.
• Oversee supplier performance, purchase orders, budgets and administrative services.
• Lead workplace operations and facilities management to create a positive working environment.
• Support company events, volunteering programmes and engagement activities.
