Job summary

Aon is seeking a Business Development Manager for its Corporate Risk team in Scotland. You will identify and convert opportunities with corporate and mid-market clients, working with a local leadership team and brokers to deliver compelling client propositions.

The role is hybrid, with time split between home and Glasgow or Edinburgh offices. You will build strong relationships with senior decision-makers and lead tenders to help clients protect and grow their business.

Qualifications

• Experience in identifying, developing and converting new opportunities.
• Ability to engage with senior decision-makers (CEOs, CFOs, etc.).
• Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
• Commercial acumen with risk/insurance familiarity is a plus.
• Able to coordinate tenders, proposals and client presentations.
