Yorkshire Building Society is seeking a Business Case & Benefits Lead to shape investment decisions across the One Plan portfolio. You will define and embed the framework underpinning investment appraisal, ensuring change initiatives deliver measurable value.

You\'ll lead the development of the society-wide business case and benefits management standards, provide independent challenge to business cases, and drive portfolio-level benefits oversight with senior stakeholders across business,

Qualifications

• Significant experience in business case development, investment appraisal and financial analysis.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and executive governance forums with evidence-based recommendations.
• Strong knowledge of benefits management and value realisation.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and continual enhancement of the Society-wide business case and benefits management framework.
• Provide independent challenge and assurance on business cases, testing alignment, assumptions, options, costs, benefits and risks.
• Lead portfolio-level benefits oversight, tracking value and reporting on investment performance.
