Job summary

Yorkshire Building Society is seeking a Change Risk Lead to shape how change risk is understood, managed and controlled across portfolios. You will embed the enterprise framework, coordinate portfolio‑level risks and provide clear risk insights to governance forums.

This senior role interfaces with Delivery, Governance, Risk and Audit teams to drive assurance, RSA delivery and continuous improvement within a regulated financial services environment. Flexible working options are available.

Qualifications

• Significant experience leading change risk across complex portfolios in a regulated financial services environment.
• Strong technical capability in enterprise risk management, assurance, control design and risk reporting.
• Proven ability to influence delivery teams and senior leaders to drive risk improvements.

Responsibilities

• Lead adoption of the enterprise change risk management framework across portfolios and projects.
• Own portfolio view of change delivery risk with aggregated reporting to senior stakeholders.
• Drive assurance activity, RCSA delivery and continuous improvement in change risk maturity.
