Job summary

Yorkshire Building Society is seeking a Portfolio Demand & Planning Lead to shape how change is planned, prioritised and delivered across a Delivery Squad. You will own the 15‑month roadmap, run planning cycles, and model scenarios to guide leadership decisions and improve delivery transparency.

The role emphasizes strategic thinking, governance, and collaboration in a flexible environment with autonomous decision-making and opportunities to advance enterprise planning maturity.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in portfolio, programme or complex delivery planning, including dependency management, sequencing and roadmap development.
• Proven ability to perform scenario modelling and support leadership decision-making.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills with data visualisation experience.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain a high‑quality 15‑month Delivery Squad roadmap with milestones and dependencies.
• Lead planning cycles, scenario modelling and decision support to reveal trade-offs and capacity impacts.
• Embed planning standards and proactively manage dependencies, risks and constraints across initiatives.
