Job summary

Yorkshire Building Society is creating a new Service Design capability and seeks an experienced leader to shape, define and scale it. You will build the capability, establish standards and governance, and drive a service-led mindset across the Society, delivering customer-centric value as transformation progresses.

You’ll lead the creation and maturity of a brand-new organizational capability focused on designing seamless, user-centered, end-to-end services, reporting to the Director of Savings

Qualifications

• Experienced Service Design leader who has built, scaled or transformed a service design function.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder engagement at Executive level and Director level.
• Passionate about inclusive, accessible design and applying user-centered principles at scale.

Responsibilities

• Build and scale the Society's Service Design function.
• Define the vision, operating model, standards and governance for the discipline.
• Design end-to-end services spanning digital, branch, contact centre and operations.
