Job summary

Canon EMEA is looking for a Budget & Reporting Associate who will play a crucial role in marketing budget management and eCommerce P&L reporting. They will support monthly forecasts, accruals, and audit requests, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

Based in Uxbridge with hybrid working (3 days in office, 2 from home), you’ll collaborate with regional finance teams, manage data integrity across cost centres, and help optimise ROI across campaigns. Salary up to £43,108 DOE.

Qualifications

• Relevant Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Experience in eCommerce / finance
• Strong understanding of financial operations and eCommerce platforms
• Experience managing budget allocation and optimisation would be beneficial
• Systems experience in Oracle R12, OBIE, Hyperion and Salesforce would be beneficial
• Proficiency in using Excel, Powerpoint and other relevant software
• Excellent analytical skills with a keen eye for detail
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Responsibilities

• Manage RFA approvals for marketing spend and ensure alignment with plans.
• Coordinate monthly forecasting for central marketing budgets and challenging inputs.
• Support quarterly accrual management for marketing investments and monitor exposure.
• Ensure accurate allocation and coding of marketing actuals across cost centres.
• Prepare budget submissions for Hyperion and ensure data accuracy.
• Enforce compliance with internal policies and maintain documentation.
• Expand E-Commerce P&L to include Emerging regions with detailed breakdowns.
• Maintain operating P&L monthly and support PO/invoicing processes.
• Assist project management for Digital Strategy and Operations.
• Prepare audit documentation and collaborate with Finance teams.
