Job summary

Canon is seeking a Communications Lead to develop and deliver internal and external corporate communications across EMEA, aligning messaging with Canon's narrative and governance standards. You will guide senior stakeholders, craft leadership communications, and oversee multi-channel campaigns to build engagement and strengthen reputation.

The role offers hybrid working with a starting salary between £42,500 and £50,000 depending on experience.

Qualifications

5+ years' experience in corporate communications, internal communications, public relations, brand marketing communications, or related discipline.
Strong writing, editing and presentation skills with knowledge of digital channels (SharePoint, MS 365).
Experience supporting corporate reputation, thought leadership, employee engagement and change communications.

Responsibilities

Lead internal and external strategic communications programmes across Canon EMEA.
Develop and deliver leadership communications, announcements, change communications and internal campaigns.
Manage editorial planning across internal channels and analyse performance to improve outcomes.
Advise leaders and stakeholders on initiatives, engagement and governance requirements.
