Job summary

NEP UK invites applications for a Commercial Proposals Manager at Bracknell HQ. This role leads high-value bids, coordinates across Commercial, Operations, Engineering and Finance, and shapes compelling, deliverable client propositions.

You will drive governance, planning and scoping to ensure timely, accurate submissions and continuous improvement of the proposals function within NEP UK.

Qualifications

• Lead high-value bids, tenders, renewals and strategic proposals from qualification through submission.
• Coordinate expertise from Commercial, Operations, Engineering, Assets, Crewing, Logistics and Finance to produce coherent, commercially sound proposals.
• Maintain a clear forward view of pipeline, renewals, forecast, risk and revenue gaps using Salesforce and related data for senior leadership insights.

Responsibilities

• Bid leadership and solution development for major opportunities.
• Coordinate commercial management and proposal quality across functions.
• Create commercial visibility with Salesforce, pipeline and account planning.
• Build and lead a proposals team with consistent ways of working.
