Job summary

NEP UK is seeking a Commercial Proposals Coordinator in Bracknell HQ. You will coordinate bids and proposals, including RFPs, RFIs and renewals, working with the Commercial Proposals Manager and wider team to move opportunities through submission.

You'll manage deadlines, quotes and proposal materials, maintain information in Salesforce, and ensure submissions are polished and on time. This role offers exposure to major broadcast opportunities across NEP UK and its global network.

Qualifications

• Coordinate bids and proposals – support RFPs, RFIs, tenders and renewals from receipt through to submission, keeping deadlines, actions, documentation and contributors on track.
• Create high-quality commercial materials – help produce quotes and proposals, coordinate supporting content and take ownership of formatting, proofing, version control and final submission checks.
• Keep our pipeline organised – maintain accurate opportunities and next actions in Salesforce, ensuring the Commercial team has reliable information and clear visibility of activity.
• Connect the right people – identify requirements and coordinate input from Commercial, Engineering, Technical, Operations and other specialists across NEP to keep responses moving at pace.
