Job summary

MBDA S.A.S. in Stevenage is seeking a Bid Manager to drive competitive CAMM Family bids across UK and Italy.

You will coordinate multi-functional teams and own bids from Kick Off to Commercial Committee, ensuring timely, auditable, compliant responses and robust cost bases, schedules and assumptions. The role requires strong stakeholder engagement, cross-functional leadership, and the ability to operate in a hybrid environment with BPSS security checks.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to manage bids and lead cross-functional teams.
• Experience coordinating UK and international bid activities.
• Understanding of cost bases, schedules and bid assumptions.

Responsibilities

• Work with stakeholders to submit bids in a competitive timeframe and price.
• Manage and coordinate bids across CAMM and CAMM-ER UK and Italian NatCos.
• Lead multi-functional teams (UK Operations, Project Procurement, Export Control, Customer Support Solutions) to support bids.
• Own bids from Bid Kick Off to Commercial Committee.
• Support contract mobilisation for awarded contracts.
• Regularly report bid status at various forums.
