Job summary

MBDA is seeking a bid management professional to join the CAMM Family Bids team, working across UK and international stakeholders to deliver competitive bid responses. The role blends on-site presence (2–3 days/week) with flexible hybrid working, offers a salary of £40,000–£64,000 depending on experience, and requires British citizenship or dual UK nationality with BPSS clearance.

Responsibilities

• Work with stakeholders in a fast-paced environment to ensure bids are submitted to customers on time and at a competitive price.
• Lead and coordinate bids across CAMM and CAMM-ER within UK and Italian NatCo's.
• Lead multi-functional teams to support bid generation including cost bases, schedules and key assumptions.
• Own bids through the complete bid lifecycle from Bid Kick Off to Commercial Committee.
• Support contract mobilisation for contracts awarded.
• Collaborate with senior CM&S and CAMM leadership across UK/Italy to ensure alignment.
• Ensure UK Domestic bids are auditable and compliant with Defence Contract Guidelines.
• Support audits for UK Domestic campaigns.
• Collaborate across Land Ceptor, Sea Ceptor and CAMM/ER teams to maintain consistency of proposals and technical responses.
• regularly report bid status updates at various forums to stakeholders.
