Aeropeople Ltd. in Portsmouth is seeking a Bid Coordinator to join one of the world’s leading defence, security and aerospace teams. The role offers a hybrid pattern: 2–3 days on site with flexibility week to week, for a 37-hour week ending Friday at 1pm.
You will support the Capture Leader, lead bid governance, and coordinate cost and pricing strategies while shaping opportunities across maritime and land sectors. Eligible candidates must have a degree and bid management experience.
Salary: up to £45,000 per annum dependent upon experience

The team supports a diverse portfolio of pursuits, from long-term strategic campaigns to fast-paced competitive bids, helping to shape and deliver business-winning solutions.
As part of a wider community of Bid Managers, Proposal Managers, and Proposal Coordinators, you'll work alongside experienced professionals who are passionate about delivering excellence. You'll have the opportunity to contribute to a broad range of programmes and customers, developing your expertise across different markets and business areas while building a strong network across the business.
As a Bid Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and securing some of our most strategic business opportunities. Supporting the Capture Leader, you will lead the bid phase governance for assigned pursuits, taking ownership of the Bid Management Plan and ensure robust governance, compliance, and effective coordination of cost and pricing strategies.
You must be eligible to apply for SC clearance and, therefore, must hold a British passport and have lived and worked in the UK for the past 5 years
