Whitestone Resourcing Limited is partnering with a leading Building Maintenance provider to recruit a Senior Bid Writer for a hybrid role split between home and an office in Waltham Abbey. You will craft engaging, high-scoring tender responses across social housing, compliance, and public sector opportunities.

You will develop case studies and win themes, working with operational and technical experts to showcase strengths and value.

Qualifikationen

• Proven experience as a Bid Writer or Senior Bid Writer.
• Excellent written communication and editing skills.
• Experience producing winning tenders within public sector procurement environments.
• The ability to translate technical information into clear, compelling responses.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Experience working to tight deadlines across multiple opportunities.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Knowledge of social housing, compliance or maintenance services would be highly advantageous.

Aufgaben

• Write, edit and review high-quality responses for SQs, PQQs, ITTs and framework opportunities.
• Interpret client requirements and develop tailored responses that maximise scoring potential.
• Work with operational and technical subject matter experts to gather information and develop content.
• Create compelling case studies, evidence and supporting documentation.
• Support the development of bid strategies and key win themes.
• Ensure all bid content is compliant, accurate and aligned to client requirements.
• Coordinate clarification questions and responses throughout the tender process.
• Maintain and continuously improve the bid content library.
• Support presentation materials and client interviews where required.
• Participate in bid reviews and lessons-learned sessions to drive continuous improvement.
