Job summary

isepglobal, a Southwest UK contractor, seeks a Bid & Social Value Coordinator in Plymouth. The role is permanent, part-time (three days per week), and involves coordinating compelling bid submissions, developing social value initiatives and supporting marketing and business development across diverse projects in education, commercial and industrial sectors.

You will work closely with directors and senior managers to own key activities, deliver high-quality tenders and demonstrate local community

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating bids, tenders or social value submissions.
• Excellent written communication and ability to craft client-focused content.
• Understanding of the construction or built environment sector.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, write and manage bid/tender submissions from opportunity to final submission.
• Develop social value responses aligned with client requirements and frameworks.
• Work with directors and senior management to deliver social value strategy.
• Research tender opportunities and tailor submissions to maximise quality.
• Prepare supporting bid documentation, case studies, CVs and credentials.
• Support marketing activities: website updates, social content, branding.
