Job summary

Lambert Smith Hampton is seeking an ESG & Sustainability Coordinator to support social value initiatives and the corporate sustainability strategy. You will work with the Junior Sustainability Manager to craft compelling responses for tender submissions and partner with clients, charities, and education providers to deliver meaningful social value.

You will lead social value commitments on live contracts, manage admin tasks, and assist with billing, proposals, and communications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Experience in an administrative or bid support role.
• Excellent writing skills and strong communication abilities.
• Interest in ESG, sustainability, and social impact.
• Ability to manage small projects and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Draft submissions for social value sections of bids and proposals.
• Collaborate with bid team to improve sustainability and social value responses.
• Track bid submissions and analyse feedback to improve future proposals.
• Develop best-practice template responses for social value components.
• Lead delivery of social value initiatives on client contracts with internal teams.
