Job summary

Aareon is seeking a highly organized Bids & Proposals Coordinator to support our Customer Solutions function. The role involves coordinating tenders, bids, proposals and framework applications across multiple opportunities, ensuring timely, compliant submissions.

You will work with the Customer Solutions Director and Sales to drive bid governance, maintain libraries, and coordinate responses with subject matter experts. Hybrid working in the UK is offered.

• Coordinate end-to-end bid and proposal processes across multiple opportunities, managing timelines and workflows.
• Proofread and quality assure all submission materials to ensure clarity and compliance.
• Administer procurement portals, manage communications and framework renewals.
• Drive stakeholder engagement and governance across the bid lifecycle.
• Support sales and pre-sales activities with process mapping and documentation.
• Develop proposal content and templates with increasing ownership over time.
