Job summary

Aareon UK is seeking a highly organised Bids & Proposals Coordinator to support its Customer Solutions function. This hybrid role (Manchester or Milton Keynes) coordinates tenders, bids, proposals and framework applications from identification through submission, working with the Sales team and Director.

You will drive bid governance, maintain libraries, coordinate portals, and ensure high-quality submissions on time.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end bid and proposal processes across multiple opportunities.
• Manage bid programmes and submission timelines to ensure on-schedule delivery.
• Develop bid plans for individual opportunities and run kick-off meetings.
• Maintain bid libraries, case studies and standard response content.
• Coordinate responses with subject matter experts and ensure compliance.
• Act as primary administrator for procurement portals and frameworks.
• Provide governance reporting on bid activity and progress.
• Support sales collateral, workshops and customer-facing presentations.
