Job summary

KBR is seeking a skilled Bid Manager for a 6-month assignment based in Leatherhead, Surrey. You will lead bid governance, coordinate proposal development, and drive win themes across technical, management, commercial and pricing volumes.

The role requires strong experience in bid management within defence or regulated sectors, excellent stakeholder engagement, and a track record of delivering compliant, high-quality bids on time. Hybrid work arrangement available.

Qualifications

• Experience in bid management within Defence, Nuclear, Government, or regulated sectors.
• Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary bid teams and deliver high-quality proposals.
• Strong understanding of public procurement and tendering processes.
• Excellent organizational, communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the entire bid lifecycle from qualification to submission.
• Develop bid strategies aligned with customer requirements and business objectives.
• Coordinate bid writers, SMEs and contributors to ensure timely delivery of content.
• Ensure compliance with customer requirements and governance processes.
