Job summary

Gallagher is seeking a creative bid design specialist to support our Strategic Bid Management Team in London. The role focuses on turning client content into clear, professional layouts for bid documents, presentations and client materials.

You'll design graphics, diagrams and visuals that convey key messages while ensuring brand consistency and accuracy across outputs. This is a hybrid role requiring 2 days in the London office per week.

Qualifications

• Experience creating documents, presentations or visuals (charts/infographics).
• Files organized and easy to access with latest versions.
• Brand guidelines followed with consistent formatting across documents.
• Able to juggle multiple tasks to meet deadlines.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and MS Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Create clear, structured client documents and presentations.
• Turn content into professional layouts aligned to brand standards.
• Develop graphics, diagrams and simple visual elements to support messages.
• Maintain templates and manage version control.
• Quality checks for consistency and brand alignment.
• Collaborate with colleagues to manage updates and deadlines.
• Provide overflow support to the Central Bid Team.
