Gallagher is seeking a proactive Bid Designer to join the Strategic Bid Management Team in London. You will turn bid content into clear, visually engaging documents and presentations, create graphics, and support client pitches.

You will collaborate with bid managers to meet deadlines, maintain brand-aligned templates, and ensure high-quality outputs. The role is a 12-month fixed-term contract with in-office presence two days per week, offering a collaborative environment and opportunities for

Qualifications

• Corporate environment experience creating documents, presentations, or visuals like charts/infographics.
• Ability to follow brand guidelines and keep layouts consistent across materials.
• Manage multiple projects and adjust priorities to meet deadlines.
• Proficient in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Word and PowerPoint.
• Communicate clearly when timelines shift or support is needed.
• Organise files and versions for easy handoff.
• Carefully check work before sharing to ensure accuracy and consistency.
