Gallagher is hiring for a Strategic Bid Designer to support our bid design team in producing clear, visually compelling bid documents and presentations. You will convert ideas from bid teams into polished materials, ensuring consistency with Gallagher’s brand while collaborating with colleagues across the business.

The role focuses on turning content into well-structured, engaging documents, creating diagrams and visuals, and maintaining templates with attention to deadlines and quality checks.

Qualifications

• Experience creating documents and visuals in a corporate setting.
• Follow brand guidelines and maintain consistent layouts.
• Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Proficient with Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Word and PowerPoint.
• Organise files and versions for easy handover.
