Job summary

BAM UK & Ireland is seeking a Bid Coordinator to join our frameworks team. The role focuses on managing bid submissions, ensuring information is well-organised, high quality and compliant. Based from a UK office on a hybrid basis, you will own the submission process end-to-end.

We value ownership, coordination and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment, with opportunities for development within a growing function.

Qualifications

• Educated to at least GCSE in English and Maths.
• Proficient with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Adobe products.
• Proposals training such as Shipley or Winning Bids Masterclass.
• Experience in infrastructure / construction proposals.
• Familiarity with knowledge management systems.
• Experience with Dynamics or Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• Support completion of written submissions and marketing information for tenders and presentations.
• Format documents clearly and in BAM style and brand standards.
• Coordinate responses for proposals with the proposals team.
• Create graphics to include in proposals.
• Ensure client requirements are reflected within each proposal.
• Develop presentation slides and materials.
• Plan workloads to meet submission deadlines.
• Attend kick-off and progress meetings as required.
• Use Dynamics 365 to manage project and framework opportunity data.
• Coordinate client communications and portal activities for submissions.
