Job summary

BAM UK & Ireland is seeking a Senior/Bid Manager for National Frameworks. In this role, you will manage bid processes, engage with clients, and coordinate multi-disciplinary teams to develop winning bids. You will also be responsible for maintaining high standards in submissions and managing project documentation.

The position requires significant tender knowledge and experience in writing winning bids. BAM offers a flexible working policy alongside a substantial benefits package including a car allowance, contributory pension, and 26 days holiday plus bank holidays.

Qualifications

• Experience of bid writing of winning tenders.
• Must be capable of developing and drafting tender responses.
• Essential - framework tender knowledge and experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage the lifecycle of bid management: pre-tender preparation, SQ, ITT, and contract execution.
• Develop and manage the bid plan, including bid programme and governance.
• Draft prequalification and tender submission documents.
