Job summary

BAM UK&I is recruiting a Pre-Construction Co-ordinator to join their team in the Central Region. Based at the Solihull office, you will lead selection questionnaire submissions, support tender submissions, and help raise BAM's profile with clients through internal and external communications.

You will work directly with the Pre-Construction Director, develop project case studies, and contribute to business development and governance processes.

• Previous experience in a similar role or transferable skills
• Excellent administrative and organisational skills
• Ability to manage deadlines and work to tight timelines
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Creative skills to assist submissions
• Excellent written communication for tender teams
• Team player with good interpersonal skills
• Proficient with social media platforms
• MS Office and Adobe proficiency

Responsibilities

• Taking ownership of SQ submissions including researching and writing answers.
• Supporting development of tender submissions with bid writers and case studies.
• Developing and managing a library of case studies and testimonials.
• Promoting the business through internal and external communications.
• Supporting directors in business development and client mapping.
• Co-ordinating submission of internal governance tender documents.
