Job summary

BAM UK & Ireland is recruiting a Pre-Construction Co-Ordinator to join their team in the Central Region. The role involves supporting pre-construction activities, SQ submissions, and tender development.

Based at the Solihull office, you will collaborate with the Pre-Construction Director, help promote the business, coordinate governance documents, and contribute to client mapping and bid submissions across the Central region.

Qualifications

• Experience in a pre-construction or bid submission role.
• Excellent administrative and organisational skills.
• Ability to manage deadlines and multi-task.
• Attention to quality and detail.
• Experience using Microsoft Office and Adobe software.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of SQ submissions: review requirements, write answers, coordinate responses.
• Support tender submissions with bid writers, case studies and CVs.
• Develop and manage a library of project case studies and client testimonials.
• Promote the business internally and externally via social media and other channels.
• Support directors with business development activities and client mapping.
• Coordinate submission of internal governance tender documents.
