Finning International Inc. is seeking a driven Business Development Manager to accelerate growth within its Caterpillar Industrial Engines division in the UK.

You will develop new business, expand market share, and build long-term relationships with OEMs and industrial equipment manufacturers across the UK. You will identify opportunities, reactivate dormant accounts, and help customers find innovative power solutions through Caterpillar engines.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 5 years' experience in business development, sales, or account management within industrial engines, power systems, capital equipment, industrial manufacturing or related engineering sectors.
• Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to influence senior decision makers.

Aufgaben

• Develop and execute a strategic BD plan to drive revenue and market share in Cat Industrial Engines portfolio.
• Identify, engage and convert new customers while reactivating underutilised accounts.
• Build relationships with OEMs, manufacturers, engineering businesses, and key stakeholders.
• Generate and qualify new sales opportunities through proactive engagement and meetings across the UK.
