Finning (UK) Ltd, the world’s largest Caterpillar dealer, seeks a driven Business Development Manager to accelerate growth in the Cat Industrial Engines division across the UK. You will identify and win new opportunities, reactivate dormant accounts, and deliver innovative power solutions to OEMs and industrial manufacturers.

The role focuses on developing strategic plans, engaging senior decision makers, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive revenue and market share.

Competenze

• 5+ years of BD/sales experience in industrial engines, power systems or related sectors.
• Proven ability to develop long-term customer relationships and close deals.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to influence senior decision makers.

Mansioni

• Develop and execute a strategic BD plan to drive revenue and market share growth across the Cat Industrial Engines portfolio.
• Identify, engage and convert new customers while reviving underutilised accounts.
• Build relationships with OEMs, manufacturers, engineering businesses and industry stakeholders.
