Job summary

DCB Legal Ltd (DCBL) is hiring a Business Development Manager to drive new client acquisition for debt recovery, litigation and enforcement services. You will engage with senior stakeholders, build a strong pipeline, and convert opportunities into paid engagements across both brands.

Location is office-based or field-based, with a target-driven, revenue-focused remit and a realistic OTE of £125,000. The role offers a professional, growth-oriented environment within a market-leading group.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in B2B/B2C business development and sales.
• Strong experience in generating and converting leads.
• Commercially focused with understanding of revenue and ROI.
• Confident engaging with senior stakeholders.
• Highly motivated, target-driven and resilient.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities for DCBL and DCB Legal Ltd.
• Build and manage a high-quality pipeline of new business opportunities.
• Engage with key decision-makers including Finance Directors, Credit Controllers, Business Owners.
• Convert leads into signed clients, driving revenue growth.
• Develop and manage relationships and deliver against targets.
• Collaborate with internal operations for seamless onboarding.
