DCBL (Direct Collection Bailiffs Ltd) is seeking a senior relationship manager to own strategic client partnerships and engage with senior decision-makers across high-value accounts. You will work with the Head of Client Services to shape client strategy and drive commercial impact.
Reporting into the Head of Client Services, you will identify opportunities to improve performance, deliver exceptional service and strengthen partnerships for future growth across the Group.
Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 (Depending on Experience) + Excellent Benefits
Location: Runcorn (Office Based)
Hours: Monday - Friday | No Weekends | Early Finish Fridays

Reporting into the Head of Client Services, you'll play a key role in developing and strengthening strategic client relationships across the Group.
You’ll act as the senior day-to-day contact for a portfolio of high-value clients, ensuring exceptional service delivery while identifying opportunities to improve performance, strengthen partnerships and support future growth.
You’ll regularly engage with senior decision-makers, presenting business performance, discussing commercial opportunities and helping clients maximise the value of our services.
This is a highly visible role offering genuine influence across the organisation.
We're looking for someone who already understands what excellent strategic client management looks like. You'll have experience managing complex client relationships within a professional, regulated or business-to-business environment and be confident engaging with senior stakeholders.
