Job summary

Ambition is seeking a Business Development & Analysis Manager to join our Corporate team. You will turn data into strategic insight to shape client strategy and growth across EMEA/APAC, working with senior partners and BD teams.

You will analyse deal, client, competitor and market data, support pitches and corporate credentials, and influence opportunities through thoughtful, commercially minded recommendations.

Qualifications

• Experience across business development, analysis, market intelligence or a similar role.
• Strong understanding or interest in Corporate transactions.
• Commercially minded, strategic and naturally curious.
• Confident turning data into clear recommendations and actionable insight.
• Comfortable working with senior stakeholders and challenging the status quo.
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
• International remit across EMEA and APAC.
• Excellent Partner and senior leadership exposure.
• A unique mix of BD, analysis, strategy and commercial intelligence.
• Genuine opportunity to influence Corporate growth and client strategy.

Responsibilities

• Analyse deal, client, competitor and market data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Use insight to support client targeting, business development strategy and growth.
• Manage Corporate deal capture, experience data and reporting across EMEA and APAC.
• Lead on league tables, directories, awards and Corporate credentials.
• Support pitches, strategic pursuits and client-facing BD materials.
• Work closely with Partners, BD, Marketing, Knowledge and Pitch teams.
