Career Legal is supporting a leading London law firm in recruiting a Senior Business Development Manager for its Private Client practice. You will collaborate with senior stakeholders and Partners to shape and deliver ambitious BD plans, driving client growth and market visibility.

The role involves leading a diverse programme of campaigns, events and profile-raising activities, and line-managing the BD Executive within a collaborative team of nearly 20 BD/Marketing professionals.

Qualifications

• Experience in business development within the legal sector or professional services is preferred.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Campaign, event and profile-raising experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead campaigns, events and profile-raising initiatives for Private Client.
• Partner with senior stakeholders and Partners to shape business development plans.
• Drive client growth and strengthen the firm's market profile.
• Line manage a Business Development Executive within the BD & Marketing team.
