Job summary

Ambition is seeking a Business Development Executive to join our high-performing team, supporting key transactional practice areas and client relationship activities in a leading international law firm.

You will prepare pitches, proposals and RFP responses, coordinate submissions to directories and awards, and maintain marketing collateral while conducting market research to inform strategic initiatives and events.

Qualifications

• Experience in a Business Development or Marketing role within a professional services environment.
• Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Confident managing multiple deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and AI productivity tools.

Responsibilities

• Prepare pitches, proposals, credentials and RFP responses.
• Coordinate legal directory and award submissions.
• Maintain marketing materials, deal information and business development collateral.
• Conduct client, sector and competitor research to support strategic initiatives.
• Assist with events, client development activities and internal communications.
• Provide day-to-day business development support to practice groups and senior stakeholders.
