Job summary

Ambition is seeking a growth-focused Business Development Lead for our disputes practice in London. The role shapes and delivers growth strategy, working with partners, sector groups and global BD colleagues to drive client development, pitches, thought leadership and campaigns to grow revenue and market position.

You will develop BD plans, lead high-value pitches, manage events and campaigns, oversee internal comms and knowledge management, and line-manage one team member.

Qualifications

• Experience in business development within a legal or professional services environment is essential.
• Proven ability to develop and execute BD plans and campaigns.
• Strong stakeholder management and commercial awareness are required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement growth and BD plans for the disputes practice.
• Lead high-value pitches and client development initiatives.
• Deliver thought leadership, client events and marketing campaigns.
• Oversee internal communications, knowledge management and BD training.
